Kalash Valleys Development Authority (KVDA) has initiated the documentation process of at least 50 rock surfaces containing ancient petroglyphs across the valleys. This important cultural preservation effort includes:

🔍 Interpretation and analysis of the petroglyphs
📜 Historical description of each site to record its cultural significance Recently, one major petroglyph in Rumbur has been successfully restored under the direction of Director General KVDA, marking a significant step toward safeguarding the heritage of the Kalash region.
