KVDA Hands Over Essential Medicines to DHO Lower Chitral

During its survey, KVDA identified that cases of Acute Respiratory Infections (ARI), Urinary Tract Infections (UTI), and Pneumonia were significantly higher during the winter season in the Kalash Valleys. In line with the implementation of its Strategic Roadmap and Visionary Plans, KVDA took proactive measures by providing essential medicines to health facilities in Bumburait, Rumbur, Birir, and Jinjirait Koh to address this critical health challenge in the best public interest.

These medicines were handed over to Mr. Fayaz Roomi, District Health Officer (DHO) of Lower Chitral, to ensure their effective utilization for the benefit of the local communities.
